CSIRO’s robotics scientists have a lot to celebrate. They were part of a team that represented Australia in one of the world’s hardest robotics competitions, the DARPA Subterranean Challenge. And they just won silver (and a million dollars).

Young engineer cleans windows and saves lives News

If you hate cleaning windows, then do we have the invention for you! Sydney high school student Oliver Nicholls has developed a robotic window cleaner that has impressed the world. In fact, he just took out the top award at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Pittsburgh in the United States!

Students make giant robotic Pac-Man News

A three metre wide Pac-Man maze with glowing LED ghosts and a robotic Pac-Man will entertain festival goers at Sydney’s Vivid Light festival. An avid student maker group from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), called CREATE, is working hard to make the game in only five weeks.
